Who leads the training?
The training is led by Bryant Jones, our Business Optimization Coach. Bryant specializes in operational improvement, organizational change, and team development.
He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations, including 5 years as COO at Pro Moto Billet and 9 years as General Manager of Franklin Building Supply’s Custom Cabinet Division.
